This digital platform is operated by Apna Prabh (OPC) Private Limited (CIN: U46901UT2026OPC022253, GSTIN: 05ABGCA6866L1Z7), having its registered office at Village – Buksaura, Post – Dineshpur, District – Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand – 263160, India.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By completing registration, you confirm that your Date of Birth is accurate and satisfies the mandatory 18+ age criteria.

2.Website Use & Acceptable Conduct

Use the website only for legitimate, lawful, and authorized commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable central, state, or local laws or regulations of the Republic of India.
• Engage in unauthorized data extraction, scraping, reverse engineering, or automated bot requests.
• Circumvent, disable, or tamper with security features, CSRF protections, or pricing calculation engines.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, administrative dashboards, or other users' confidential data.

3.Products, Pricing & Availability

Information, prices, and availability of all products and services listed across the Customer, Retailer, Wholesaler, and Distributor sections may change from time to time without prior notice.

While we strive to display accurate product descriptions, MRPs, and images, inadvertent typographical errors or system glitches may occur. In such cases, the company reserves the right to correct errors and cancel or adjust affected unfulfilled orders before shipment.

4.Orders, Pricing Verification & Payments

Orders will be confirmed strictly after payment verification through our integrated payment aggregator (Razorpay), approved wallet deductions, or approved COD validation.

• Server-Side Price Validation: All cart discounts, selling prices, minimum order quantities, and reward points are calculated dynamically on the server. Manipulated client requests will be automatically rejected.
• Order Cancellation by Company: Incorrect, suspicious, fraudulent, or duplicate orders may be cancelled at our sole discretion, with any valid advance payments refunded to the source account.
• Bulk Freight Notice: For large wholesale carton or distributor lot purchases, freight and logistics charges may require administrative coordination based on location and parcel weight.

5.Referral, Commission & Direct Selling Rules Compliance

If applicable, referral earnings and downline commissions will be disbursed only as per the company's officially stated business plan and applicable Indian laws:

• Commissions are tied strictly to genuine product purchases and delivered orders, or verified completion of daily free social tasks.
• Joining or creating an account on the platform does not require any mandatory investment or joining fee for income generation.
• Any purchase made using wallet balances awards zero product coins/points and zero upline commissions, preserving platform financial integrity.

6.User Account & KYC Truthfulness

It is the user's responsibility to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during registration, KYC submission, and profile updates. Providing false identity, fabricated date of birth, invalid phone numbers, or dummy bank accounts may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. Apna Prabh is not liable for unauthorized activity resulting from your failure to protect your login information.

7.Intellectual Property Rights

The website's content, logo, branding, graphics, icons, layout, software code, and promotional materials are the proprietary intellectual property of Apna Prabh (OPC) Private Limited or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written authorization from the company.

8.Privacy & Data Protection

Your submission of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, formulated under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). By using our services, you consent to data collection and processing as described therein.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Apna Prabh (OPC) Private Limited, its directors, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from portal downtime, delivery delays caused by force majeure, banking gateway failures, or user error.

10.Modifications & Updates

The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform following updates constitutes agreement to the amended terms.
